In this hands-on visit-workshop at the Hortensia Herrero Art Centre, children are invited to look at themselves in a new way. Through photography, painting and sculpture, they discover how the images we create can speak about who we are and the mark we leave on the world. Inspired by artists such as Tony Cragg, Jean Dubuffet and Anish Kapoor, participants experiment with form, colour and materials to express personality and emotions. Guided in a playful and accessible way, each child builds a small visual universe around their own portrait, turning the visit into a memorable and creative experience for the whole family.

Click&CAHH is a family workshop designed to bring children closer to contemporary art and visual culture through the theme of identity. Using photography, painting and sculpture as starting points, the session shows how the images we produce reflect our stories, our emotions and the trace we leave behind.

During the activity, participants explore works by artists such as Tony Cragg, Jean Dubuffet and Anish Kapoor, discovering how shapes, colours and textures can be used to express who we are. Each child then creates a collage using their own portrait, combining different elements to build a personal and imaginative composition.
