• If the service does not happen or is significantly different from what was described, you can request a full refund.
• If you're unhappy with the experience, let us know within 48 hours. We’ll review your case fairly and individually.
• Refunds do not apply if the service was delivered as described but personal expectations weren’t met. We encourage open communication before booking to avoid mismatches.

Some types of offers (e.g. event tickets, time-limited deals) may not be refundable. In those cases, this will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
