Created in collaboration with the Leonardo da Vinci Museum in Rome, this large-scale exhibition celebrates the Museu de les Ciències’ 25th anniversary with a journey through the mind of one of history’s most influential creators. Visitors encounter Leonardo’s revolutionary ideas through high-definition projections, recreated machines crafted by Italian artisans, virtual reality experiences and thematic spaces connecting his inventions to the technology of today and tomorrow. From the secrets of the Codex Leicester to aviation prototypes, urban designs and anatomical studies, the exhibition offers a vivid portrait of a thinker who shaped the foundations of modern science, engineering and creativity.

Leonardo da Vinci. 500 Years of Genius marks the start of the 25th-anniversary celebration of the Museu de les Ciències, introducing visitors to a groundbreaking exploration of Leonardo’s universal genius.
This immersive project merges art, science and technology, allowing guests to follow Leonardo’s visionary ideas across multiple disciplines.

Developed in collaboration with the Leonardo da Vinci Museum in Rome, the exhibition combines physical models, high-resolution digital content, cinematic environments and sensory experiences to reveal the scale of Da Vinci’s impact.
