Nineteen districts, three hundred venues and every upcoming event, placed where they actually are. The map reads property prices, liveability and tourist pressure from the same data the district pages use.

What the layers show

Purchase and rental prices come per square metre and per district, so a figure can be compared rather than quoted alone. The liveability rating weighs quiet, green space and services; the tourism rating weighs footfall. A district can score well on one and poorly on the other, which is the point of showing both.

Reading it before you move

Rent is not the only cost of a neighbourhood. Check the distance to a metro line, whether the nearest market is walkable and how the street sounds on a Saturday night. Each district has its own page with venues, prices and a written description.
