Overview
This isn’t a talk and it’s not a quick “feel-good” moment. It’s a structured, body-led experience designed to help you step out of emotional protection mode and return to a steadier, more open internal state — where you can feel without tipping into overwhelm.
Blending conscious breathing, applied neuroscience, somatic work, and sound immersion, the session aims to calm the nervous system and release the tension that builds up when we’ve been living on guard for too long.
