  4. Homes for sale and long-term rent in the province of Valencia. Land, garages and storage rooms are skipped. Your plan’s limit applies.

Our moderators, before a listing goes live. Once your registration number is checked, your listings skip the wait — on every plan.
Any that can publish a Kyero XML feed (version 3) — Witei and Casafari among them. No CRM? Add your homes by hand; it takes a minute each.
Remove it in your CRM: on the next sync it disappears from ValenciaLink. Listings added by hand you hide or delete in your account.
Every property advert in Spain has to show the energy certificate rating. If the certificate is being prepared, choose “Certificate in process”.
Plans renew once a year. Switch the renewal off any time in Billing and invoices; the plan runs to the end of the year you paid for.
