We take payments seriously. Whether you're a contributor receiving funds or a customer using a paid service, we make sure every transaction is safe, clear, and traceable.

For Contributors

• We pay between €5 and €50 per approved submission.
• Payments are made via bank transfer, Wise, or Revolut, depending on your location and preference.
• You’ll receive payment within 3 business days after approval.
• We do not work with crypto or anonymous wallets.
• We will never ask you to pay to participate.

For Customers

• All paid services, including expert property evaluations, are processed through secure payment systems.
• We use Stripe or direct invoicing for transparency and control.
• You will always receive a digital receipt.
• No card data is stored on our servers.

Privacy and Security

All payment data is encrypted and handled through third-party providers that comply with international security standards (PCI-DSS). ValenciaLink does not store or have access to your full credit card details.
