I bought PRO in the app. Do I need to pay again here?
No. PRO belongs to your account, wherever you got it. Sign in on the website with the same email or phone number you use in the app, and your PRO and club card are here.
How do I cancel?
A monthly or yearly plan bought on this website can be cancelled any time in the billing portal: Account → PRO & club card → Manage subscription. PRO stays on until the end of the period you paid for. If you bought it in the App Store or Google Play, cancel it in your phone's subscription settings.
Can I get PRO without paying?
Yes. 500 points buy 30 days of PRO. You get points for approved photos and videos (10 each, 50 when we feature one), and PRO members get double. An invitation gives you and a friend a week each once your friend confirms their phone number.
What is the 7-day pass?
One payment of €4.99 for seven days of PRO, made for a visit to Valencia. It does not renew.
How does the club card work?
The card shows a QR code and a six-digit code that change every 30 seconds, so a screenshot stops working half a minute later. Whoever checks it scans the QR with a phone camera, and our server confirms that your PRO is active.
Where can I use club discounts?
Partner discounts are coming: venues in Valencia are joining now, and every offer is checked before it goes live. We list them on the club page and in the app as soon as they are available. Your card is ready for them.
Are taxes included?
Yes. All prices include IVA, the Spanish VAT.
