Arroceria Maribel

Welcome to MariBel Rice Restaurant — where tradition and flavor meet.
About
Today, as always, we continue to evolve with the times, presenting a renewed restaurant concept that remains a trendsetter in Valencia.
With over 40 years of culinary history — having opened our doors in 1983 — we were proud to be the first officially recognized arrocería in El Palmar. Now, thanks to a new generation at the helm, we've taken things a step further by incorporating haute cuisine techniques to deliver a bold, innovative gastronomic experience. Our menu features a wide selection of appetizers and paellas designed to delight even the most discerning palates.
We are at the forefront of modern Valencian cuisine, constantly reinventing ourselves to offer a fresh perspective on traditional dishes. Here, rice, paellas, and local specialties take center stage, crafted with a strong emphasis on locally sourced (Km 0) and sustainable ingredients — a reflection of our deep commitment to quality and the region.
We are proud to hold the Bib Gourmand distinction from the MICHELIN Guide 2025 and to be a Recommended restaurant by the Repsol Guide.
For your convenience, private parking is available on-site.
