ValenciaLink does not process or store payment card data directly. All transactions are handled by world-class certified payment providers.
Stripe
Stripe is a leading global payment platform certified to PCI DSS Level 1 — the highest level of security in the payments industry. Stripe supports 3D Secure (SCA), full data encryption and is fully compliant with the European PSD2 directive.
Paddle
Paddle is a payment and subscription platform that acts as the Merchant of Record. This means Paddle assumes full responsibility for payment processing, tax compliance (including IVA/VAT) and regulatory obligations. Paddle is also PCI DSS certified.
Security Standards
- PCI DSS Level 1 — the highest standard for card data processing, audited annually.
- 3D Secure / SCA — additional cardholder authentication as required by PSD2.
- TLS / HTTPS — all data is transmitted over encrypted connections.
- GDPR — personal data processing is fully compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
What We Do Not Store
ValenciaLink never receives or stores full card numbers, CVV codes or other sensitive payment data. All information is processed exclusively within Stripe's or Paddle's secure infrastructure.
