El Poblet
Founded by the celebrated culinary virtuoso Quique Dacosta, this restaurant is a heartfelt homage to his personal journey. Its name, El Poblet, nods to the original title of Dacosta’s renowned establishment in Dénia, now bearing his own name. At the helm of the kitchen is Chef Luis Valls, whose cuisine is a vibrant expression of contemporary Valencian cooking rooted deeply in local tradition. Drawing inspiration from the surrounding region—particularly the cherished Albufera—his dishes blend innovation with authenticity, offering bold flavours, refined textures, and the finest local ingredients.
